O2 Age Verification
Call-61018 from your o2 mobile and follow the instructions, you will need your credit card. o2 will bill your card £1 to verify and then credit your card with £2.50

1. Go to your nearest o2 store and take with official documents showing your name, current address and date of birth.
For date of birth this could be your
- driving license
- passport
- birth certificate
- or any other official document showing your date of birth
For current address this could be
- drivers license
- utility bill
- bank/building society statement
- mobile phone statement
- or any other official document showing your current address
2. O2 staff will confirm that your ID matches you.
3. You will be required to verbally confirm to o2 staff that
a) the phone being activated will be used by someone who is 18 or older and
b) you want the phone to be able to access 18-rated services

Via WAP on your mobile phone enter, o2.av.net/62243837439 and follow instructions.
This may seem like a rather random WAP address but the numbers actually spell "o2ageverification" on your phone!

How do I remove Orange Safeguard?
If you are over 18 years removing Orange Safeguard is straightforward. Just call Orange Customer Services on 450 and choose options 3,2,3 or visit an Orange shop. If you are 18 or over, you can remove Orange Safeguard by simply taking photo ID that gives details of your age (passport, photo driving licence, EU & Swiss National Card, Citizen Card) to an Orange shop, and one of our Phone Trainers will remove the service from your account.

Alternatively, you can use the website and log onto My T-Mobile http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/Dispatcher?menuid=orphan_content_lock&deeplink=contentlock to remove content lock if you are over 18.
You can also visit a T-Mobile retail store. To find where this is, please go to http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/Dispatcher?menuid=shop_owtb You will need to take ID with you, such as your passport, driving licence or credit card to prove you are over 18.
