Q . How am I charged for entering a game, when do I pay and who do I pay?
A . The cost of entering a game is £1.50 and this is charged to your mobile phone bill or debited from your pre-pay account by your mobile service provider when you receive confirmation of your entry from us.

Q . PROBLEM ENTERING? I tried to enter a game but my mobile service provider sent me a text message saying I must register as being aged 18 years or older, why?
A . You must be aged 18 or older to enter any of our games. Our short code 89210 is only accessible to customers who have registered as 18 with there mobile service provider. Follow your mobile service provider’s instructions to register. You only have to do this once.

Q . How do I claim a cash prize and when do I get paid?
A . Simply click on the Claim Your Prize tab at the top of the page, enter your mobile number and the game code that was allotted to your entry, enter your Bank or Building Society details and we will electronically transfer the money direct to your account within 7 working days of your authorised claim.

Q . I have entered a game but my entry has not been accepted?
A . There are several reasons why this may have happened, some are outlined below.

  • 1. You have played 15 times within a one week period thus reaching our maximum play level for a week. See paragraph 9 of the Terms and Conditions, Responsible betting.
  • 2. You have stopped access to the service. See Responsible play Stop LottoMe.
  • 3. We have barred you from playing. See paragraph 11 of Terms and Conditions, Suspension or Termination.
  • 4. You have insufficient credit on your phone.
  • 5. The number you have chosen for your entry has already been chosen a number of times and has reached its entry level. See paragraph 8, Game Restrictions.
